Yes. For example, you can delete selected data in browser you work in. It depends on the browser you're using. Alternatively, you could remove traces of the electronic documents you're using.

Unfortunately, you do not have privacy rights on your workplace computer, and your employer has a right to monitor all the actions you perform on it.
