What is the point of reading and learning when everything can be googled?

The main point is to enable a person to think critically, analyze information, find analogies, and allow them to be independent in their opinions. The more books a person reads, the more information is stored in their brains; this info is subliminally processed and memorized; unlike googling, when you have to use exterior sources to fill the gap in knowledge or understanding, reading fills up your “inner banks” of information, making you “autonomous.” It is like downloading culture and education directly to your HDD instead of storing it in a cloud (which you cannot access when there is no WiFi or phone nearby).
