RE: COMPLAINT OF OVERDUE PRODUCT

I am a customer of Transchem Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and I am concerned about the services you offer to your customers. On the 8th of March, 2010, I logged into www.transchempharmaceuticals.com to purchase a vitamin pill Biotin that as instructed by the customer care, was to aid a diabetic patient. Its serial number: 6753190743. I provided customer care with the details of my issue and was prescribed the medicine, paying instantly through my credit card.

I am afraid that your company’s performance was disappointing and to date, I have not received my purchase, even after been promised that it will be delivered to me in two days. I followed the delivery carefully via online services, but it seems to have not been sent. The delay of the product has caused me many inconveniences. My blood pressure and cholesterol level has increased rapidly, making me feel nauseated and weak, leading to absentees at work. This is causing me my daily wage, as well as putting me at a high risk of heart attack.

It is now the third time that I have registered a complaint with your company due to the company’s ineffectiveness. Other than the three encounters that I have had with the company, I had highly recommended your products to others as well your customer care service.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate receiving a refund. I believe the transaction of the whole purchase process is on my profile on your website, which I believe will be of great help in solving this issue. The company should contact me within a week’s time. My strongest believe is that the company will see into the problem within the time span given and get back to me with their decision. The refundable money includes all the expenses incurred in the process of the purchase: the price of the product, the credit card purchase deduction together with the postal charge for the delivery of the drug: $134.

I will attach the emails received from you regarding the purchase of the product together with bank statements from my bank for the charges and deductions.
