Mr. James Dudley
CEO
Scissors Tyler Inc.
14 Raddison Ave.
Loanside, MA 45369

Dear Mr. Dudley,
It is with great sadness that I must announce my resignation from the Scissors Tyler Inc., effective immediately.

I won’t pretend that we always saw eye to eye. There were many times I thought your decisions, for the project betterment or not, would damage my own chances of a professional career. I am proud to have served with such professional and hard-working team, that bring into life great projects.

That said, is not a lie, when I say I very much enjoyed my time working under you in this project, and that I learned a lot under your tutorship. In particular, your comments on both my technique and logical structures of code have helped me greatly. You have assembled an impressive programmer coaching staff, and their competence shines through in every aspect of the project.

My decision to move to Gilbert Software systems comes only from my own personal desire to change my programming specialization . Were I offered the same conditions for my professional development under your project—terms we discussed before making my decision—I’d still be here, because I got used to the company and support the main ideas of the project. However, I need a self-development in other fields, that is my current goal for my future 2 years.

Mr. Dudley, I want to thank you again for all your time and help in my junior programming career. Though we may leave under strained circumstances, I assure you my feelings towards you, your project, and Scissors Tyler Inc. as a whole are nothing but positive. I sincerely wish you and other members the very best with the future work. And I have no doubt that under your brilliant leadership, all projects will be successful and prosperous. I’m opened to continue or communications, so you can e-mail or call me anytime.

Hope to see you on the Hi-Tech conference this December.

Sincerely,

George Walley
