Who are thought leaders, and why are they important?

Posted by Marilou Park on 1 year ago

Generally speaking, a thought leader is a person who can produce or broadcast ideas, convincing other people to accept them. Thought leaders are usually charismatic and popular among their surrounding (or even among a large quantity of people--celebrities, for example), or and/or possess authority; such a set of qualities allows them to successfully spread new ideas among a group of people.
