Re: Response letter to your complaint of delivery of broken utensils
It is with concern that I write this letter, being in possession of a complaint letter dated as the 26th of May, 2013, with regard to a delivery of cracked utensils. I work as a sales agent for the New Innovations Utensil Company and my duty is to ensure that our customer’s obligations are met to their satisfaction and hence the reason for the quick response to your letter.
I apologize for this issue and any inconveniences caused to you due to this problem. Our company mission is to deliver acceptable and satisfactory services and products to our clients. This was an unacceptable level of service you received.
On behalf of the organization, we thank you for bringing this issue into the light, as we respect our customers’ feedback. We speculate that the problem may have been caused by the careless unloading and loading of goods. We are determined to discontinue this practice in the future, as we have reprimanded the loading supervisor with a suspension, retraining him in the process.
As a result of the cracked utensils, we are going to replace them with new ones. You have to provide us with the cracked package and then we will ship the replacement.
